She is beautiful. Looks exactly like my precious Gemma. I think that breed are natural alarm clocks, lol. You better get up now or the volume will go up louder, lol.
I am playing blog catch up. My Mother wanted to name me after Natalie Wood. When I was born my Mom said I had Natalie's eyes. The more I got older my Mom said I have her mannerisms and expressions.
My Dad won and gave me a variation of his name. My Mom is still mad about it to this day.
My GodMother was a famous actress. When I used to set on her lap as a child she would say to me that I always looked like Natalie. She would hug me tight.
She was mad at my Dad too, lol.
I love who you were named after. She was truly a great beauty.
thank you for the name story DeeAnn - I'm glad so many played along, the stories were so much fun to read!
I got the blanket at the thrift store Katherine. I'd like to learn how to crochet but haven't had a chance yet...on the other hand it makes me feel good to be able to give cast-off handmade items a second chance by bringing them home so maybe I don't really need to learn how to do it myself :)
I'm a full-time graphic designer who likes to thrift, craft & take photos in my spare time.
