mom*made

a box full of homemade love was delivered to me by the ups man last friday:

there was a sweater:


cookies:


and a quilt:


my mom - she's a keeper.

she also sent me this wonderful sweater awhile ago, I just hadn't gotten a chance to photograph it:


the earrings I'm wearing are hard to see but they're really lovely. they were made by my niece lily & given to me for xmas.

wearing something handmade by a loved one is like wearing a hug!

is that hokey? I don't care if it is...that's how it feels to me :)

  19. Whoa - your mom is a keeper! Although I can't complain, my mom is constantly bestowing me with awesomeness as well. The sweaters look great on you, and that quilt looks fab on your bed. It compliments the style of your headboard so well!
