Totally inspired to take my camera with me to goodwill next time. That way I can at least still look at all the good stuff I wanted to take home, but didn't. Those suitcases rock the Casbah.
I commented on the painting of Robert Lyons's. I was just wondering, because its been so long since anyone has commented, if you would e-mail me please and thank you. My e-mail is samanthaswinford@rocketmail.com. I would appreciate it very much.
These photos are inspired! Who knew so much artistry could be found at the thrift shop. I also want to say that I love your tattoo! Great idea to celebrate your 40th.
On my! I do believe that the chair at the red table is the one that I donate from my father's house after he died. It's got to be his. The vinyl is the same and it's the 50's style. My mother covered them in that vinyl after the original wore thin. Surely there can't be two of those!
thank you so much for stopping by & leaving a comment - they totally make my day! I try to answer questions but unless you have setup your profile to provide your email, or included it in your comment I won't be able to reply to you directly, so I will leave it in the comments :)
tell me you bought the red rooster doorstop?! he is wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteoh no, I'm sorry Heather...I didn't get the rooster. if it wasn't a 3 hour drive back to KC I'd run right out now & try to get him for you!
