1976 mccall's handcraft patchwork & calico

okay don't laugh - but I actually really like that crazy quilt shrug thingy & would wear it over a shirt if I was less, um...hilly, if you know what I mean.

  1. I jumped over from flickr because I thought the shrug thingy was cool...very "now".

  2. I love the dress on the little girl. I can totally see that in some Amy Butler or Heather Bailey fabric--something bold. Yo-yo's are coming back in style right now. And 'hilly' is killing me. My hills get in the way of my fashion choices all the time, too. : ) Chrys in KS

  6. That shrug is oddly alluring! I'm not sure if it's the crazy quilt or the style (and I'm probably not going to be the one to be the first to wear it to find out).

  7. I like the shrug too! I don't think ant hills would cause any problems with it!! I also like the aprons. I have been thinking about making an apron with the chicken pocket since I saw one in an apron book!'
