tuesday = fabric

It’s been so much fun meeting new people through the comments here at the blog & on flickr! I’m so happy to hear from you & hope that you will come back often and continue to leave me notes…

As I mentioned yesterday Tuesday is fabric day, which is when I post swatches here & on flickr. I began collecting fabric this past summer – prior to that I mostly bought finished vintage items like aprons, tablecloths, pillow cases and sheets for their patterns. Occasionally I would find fabric but it wasn’t a large portion of my collection. This past summer however I was very lucky and was able to buy some big lots which I believe are mostly vintage.

I hope you find them as inspiring as I do.
